There is no physical contact with the Eider Duck in the processing of this product. They molt and leave the Eiderdown in their nest for the farmers to harvest after they have left the nest for the season.
Our Silk Shells will not retain any odors or moisture assuring Generations of use. The Eiderdown is Hand Processed removing virtually all foreign matter, resulting in 100% Pure Icelandic Eiderdown.

Custom Made to Order:
Cancelation: All CASTELLO Home products are "Custom Made" or "Made to Order" and for this reason, Cancellations are not permitted. If a customer requests a "Cancelation", then a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the Original MSRP Value of the order will be charged to the account.
If there has been a "Manufacturer Defect" then the item will be corrected in order to have the customer 100% Satisfied.
Chargeback: We accept credit card payment as a convenience option for our customers; however, this does not permit or allow for any chargebacks on these Custom-Made Orders or Sampling. If a customer initiates a "Chargeback", then any and all discounts applied to the order will be Forfeited and a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be applied. HOLD: If a customer initiates a chargeback there is an automatic 120 day hold on the account. The release of the account can only be initiated by the credit card company.
