Keep in mind that we have the capability to produce any design you can imagine.
We will initially sign an NDA so that we can opening discuss your designs and project.

Note that due to the possible complexity of the R&D projects there may be additional charges due. To reduce the risk of additional charges please have a clear product in mind and refrain from change orders or alterations that vary from original concept.
"NO CANCELLATIONS or CHARGEBACKS" permitted on any of these items.

Custom Made to Order:
Cancelation: All CASTELLO Home products are "Custom Made" or "Made to Order" and for this reason, Cancellations are not permitted. If a customer requests a "Cancelation", then a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the Original MSRP Value of the order will be charged to the account.
If there has been a "Manufacturer Defect" then the item will be corrected in order to have the customer 100% Satisfied.
Chargeback: We accept credit card payment as a convenience option for our customers; however, this does not permit or allow for any chargebacks on these Custom-Made Orders or Sampling. If a customer initiates a "Chargeback", then any and all discounts applied to the order will be Forfeited and a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be applied. HOLD: If a customer initiates a chargeback there is an automatic 120 day hold on the account. The release of the account can only be initiated by the credit card company.
